Hey Sharon, thanks!Just a quick note to say you have the cover on your email already! Hope you like it!
Not too bad at the moment. I am just having a look for new jobs. Think it is about time that I moved on now.
PA/Secretarial (medical preferrably)Yes I have the Cover for the Anthology. One tiny thing has to be changed.
Lol. Given up on the job hunt then? How many stories do you have for the anthology?
When does Aprils winner get announced?
Nope not at all. Applied for 6 yesterday and have been told there are a few I should have a look at. But will need "Office shoes" etc if I get an interview. Don't think they would appreciate my DM's etc. lol
Just a few things missing, if it can be changed:Title: No Sleeves and Short Dresses
Possibly add a small sub heading under the title:
A Summer Anthology
Just so it tells everyone what it is.
ON MY GOSH GUYS, I AM AN OLD MOD OF THIS GROUP. MY ACCOUNT HAD BEEN HACKED AND I HAD TO DELETE AND START OVER :(
Tony wrote: "Well Hi!"Hello everyone, I'm back still buried under the mound of stuff searching for a friendly cupboard or hidey hole in the new house, but at least I am in there. We fetched the plants from the garden, two huge kiwi bushes, two apple trees, raspberry canes, blackcurrant bush and my Camelia and Clematis, they are all dotted around the 1/2 an acre field that is my new garden! Lol wimpy would have ten houses on there before you could say Jack Robinson!

I finally got a few minutes to myself to come online and say hi! Alain has just exploded for no reason except he can't remember where he puts his stuff, fine, but I was trying to talk to Direct Energy to terminate my contract. I gave him hell after but he wasn't listening to busy whingeing. Men! Sorry Tony, but really, he needs to get anger management treatment, and plus the item he was looking for and telling me to stop touching his tools was actually my screwdriver, one of a set I bought for me for just that reason!
Eva wrote: "none too shaby...drowend with all the rain we are having!"Eva, you have rain! It's a lovely sunny spring day here, but no doubt it will come our way later in the week! Hows you?
I did my food shopping online and one of the things I ordered was a toothbrush, instead i got a sweeping brush! I told my husband and he burst out laughing. I wonder how big they think my mouth is...

Lol, I was going to initiate Alain's mum to internet shopping. Seems one needs to read very carefully the small print. That is one for a book that Eva, complete with the quote how big do they think my mouth is!
Today I have managed to get the television to work, the poor man who installed the satellite dish was here for over an hour checking things, re-installing my disc on the computer and everything only to find my decoder didn't work. I took it back to the shop who told me I had to contact orange and get a code before they would change it. Back home, two phone calls only to be told they were inundated with calls and would I please use the internet instead. Nice man called Jean gave me the necessary code and off I went again to the Orange shop in town. This time I got my exchange, plugged it in myself and hey presto hundreds of channels and yet another remote control to lose!
I must thank the man who installed the satellite in an appropriate manner, I'll make him a cake and ask him to pop in for a minute.
The birthday cake was a huge success, 17 people polished it off, some even had seconds! Not a crumb remained for Fido!
Lol!

Morning Trisha, how are you?
Hello Jessica, how are you? Sorry I have been busy with moving house for the last three weeks. All over now, I handed the keys back to the landlord this evening. All clean, tidy and in perfect order and woe betide him if he says otherwise. I spent all last week cleaning and painting!
Now I can get down to the serious business of finding a place for everything in the new house.
is there anything else you want me to help with for the anthology, maybe we can start the process earlier and have it out in july intead of august?
