Sharon wrote: "Eva, you can spend them like normal. When you get them, go to your account and add gift card. It will take you through it and the money will be put on to your account for you to start spending."Morning all
This morning I have another battle, the farmer has been muck spreading now for a week, by law this close to habitation they are supposed to bury it soon after but not this SOB. I yelled at him across the field if he didn't bury it immediately I was going to call the Mayor, his answer was to fetch another load and start spraying it near to the road. So I telephoned the mayor and reported him, and it smells like the contents of someone's fosse, and that's illegal! We are having to sit with vicks under or noses like they do when doing an autopsy! I am going to the house now to get away from the smell!
Tarian wrote: "Well done Eva. Dinner with friends perhaps. Ineed to get down to writing for awhile. I am finding it hard to fit everything in lately. Between dog and family there never seems much time left. At le..."Morning,
I got to go and paint now I will talk to you guys later but at least at the house the smell will be better!
Having one of those days I think, the fire at the house wouldn't get going and I had to use charcoal to start it. Then my tablet was out of charge, I'd taken that to amuse Sophie she could at least play games on it, so I gave her my phone, and she was up and down everytime the screen went blank! I am now back at home, cooking lunch! I have to go back later and try to finish painting the bathroom!
Trisha wrote: "Morning allHow is everyone today
It's cold and rainy/snowy today"
Evening Trisha quiet in chat today! Dry and windy here for now.
MorningI am a happy bunny I found my big paintbrush! I am so easy to please aren't I? How is everyone this morning, lol I'm up to chapter 10 on my editing, I keep sneaking computer time in as and when I can. I can't even stay on-line at the house because no one has an open WIFI connection! How rude of them!
Morning, So where was the paint brush? I have a reasonable sized clinic to type up today, me and my consultant cut the clinic short (due to personal reasons of course).
I have a different carnival idea for the anthology, something dark, with a hint of romance and obviously a little twisted (well in my eyes anyway). As for Skye aka. Fairground Attraction, I think I will do that one independantly as an ebook (eventually), I was actually reading over it the other day.
So do you have more painting to do today now that you have found your paint brush?
Sharon wrote: "Morning, So where was the paint brush? I have a reasonable sized clinic to type up today, me and my consultant cut the clinic short (due to personal reasons of course).
I have a different car..."
Yes, grrr... I have to go and finish the bathroom today.
The pesky little paintbrush was hiding under the cupboard under the sink, behind the gas bottle!
Okay I will finish the editing on Skye when I get through the other!
Sharon wrote: "There is no rush. Going to start work on the new one soon"Lol you're as bad as me, with lots of part novels waiting in line, like toy soldiers waiting to go into battle.
I am going over to the house to light the fire and then come back and get dinner ready, couscous today I think. It's quick and easy!
I have 3 novels on the go at the moment. Just been editing "Becoming A Doormat" then going back to my debut novel. Think I know how to end it now.
Sharon wrote: "I have 3 novels on the go at the moment. Just been editing "Becoming A Doormat" then going back to my debut novel. Think I know how to end it now."Sorry I went to the house to light the fire, so that when we go to paint later we won't be freezing our bums off!
Is that the one with the girl and the diary?
That is my debut novel, I hit a wall on how to end it so put it away for a while. Going to go back to it now.
Sharon wrote: "That is my debut novel, I hit a wall on how to end it so put it away for a while. Going to go back to it now."Good for you, before you forget it's sometimes best to write the ending as you see it now, the last chapter I did that with GOD while it sits and waits for me to finish HOD!
Yes, and no, I have several options, but I haven't settled on the one I will use as yet. I am at the junction now as Antoine's life hangs in the balance, when I decide which side the coin lands I should then have only 2 endings left to choose from!
Sharon wrote: "Lol, and I bet both are as good as each other. No I am not prying, I like surprises."One is a little to predictable for my liking that's why I've left Antoine entre la vie et le mort! between life and death, French lesson for today, the thing I struggle with is which word is masculine and which is feminine, there is a formula but it has certain conditions which render it null and void. Not the easiest of languages to learn, but then I have my French grammar teacher with me today, Sophie. Lol, Usually if the word ends with 'e' it is feminine and therefore is preceded by la...like car 'la voiture' is feminine but so is moustache and another bit of male anatomy you would expect to be masculine is actually not... confused...I am regularly, luckily people make exceptions for me getting the le and la wrong because I do at least speak French!
Sharon wrote: "Ah but you do have the ability of a different language if needed. I just have the one."Yes I should imagine my French teacher would be proud of me now, after all I now speak French better than he ever could!
Perhaps you should ask at work if they are prepared to pay for a language course, but which one?
Sharon wrote: "They wont be prepared. It wont be essential to my work lol"Shame, it's always worth a try though, especially as your boss has a house in France, though I suppose she speaks French fluently already! I want to learn Italian, why this language, not a clue - though Sophie should be starting Spanish this year, that will be a good time for me to learn too. I can ask Eva for help as necessary, and converse in Spanish in chat.
Sharon wrote: "Afternoon Tony,Yes she speaks French and Italian (has a house in Italy as well)."
I'm jealous! Morning Tony, why Latin? You thinking of applying for the coming vacancy in the Vatican? Sorry mate, but you're too young, they only pick Pope's over the age of retirement!
I don't think I'm quite pope material.Although my music taste is fairly eclectic, I am a metaller at heart. I have been in a few bands as vocalist and always thought that Latin would suit the style.

You already know more Latin than you think you know, French too, the words have been incorporated into the English language ie... inflagranti delicto for one requiem for another!
You can keep GNR, give me Bon Jovi, Thunder, Cinderella not forgetting Whitesnake and Motley Crue any day.
Easy there tiger, you are on thin ice...... Bon Jovi is 80's glam rock - soft rock. I do not listen to pop at all. ;o)
Sarah wrote: "Morning Trisha How are you?
It's hello, goodbye I'm afraid I'm off to paint the bathroom......"
Doing ok how r u
You're skating on thin ground there Tony, our Shel loves Bon Jovi, she would happily swap lives with his wife too, I know, I've seen the photograph!
Sharon wrote: "Lmao"It's true, it's in my pictures!
I have almost finished painting the bathroom, I need a paintbrush and a bit of paint and its done. Just in time for the man coming to lay the tiles at the weekend and tomorrow evening coming to level the floor! I have to finish the bedroom too, the bits Alain missed in the half light before our electricity was connected!
I once went to a pirate party dressed in a crap blonde wig. Everyone called me Jon Bon Tony for quite a while after that.
Tony wrote: "I once went to a pirate party dressed in a crap blonde wig. Everyone called me Jon Bon Tony for quite a while after that."Lol I can imagine!

I know the feeling well, plus I promised to drive over and fetch Jane, she asked if she could come and see the house. Will I never learn.
She will be moving into a flat in Pontivy soon, a whole new area to prowl! All those men.....
Talk to you later.
