It's cold here today I am seriously considering lighting the fire, stupid dog just launched himself at me I think he's trying to tell me he wants to go out and play!

I found several jars of homemade mincemeat in my cupboard from two years ago, it has alcohol in so it should be fine, she says hopefully!

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Home made mince pies are on their way then? or will it be filo mince crackers?

I'll make some for Christmas, maybe, I think we are going to Jo's for Christmas seeing as the house won't be done in time!

The problem is trying to get everything into the car, and this year we will have the dog cage too both dogs will have to go in it, but getting eclair in there with stitch will be a work of art, though if the vet gives him knockout drops at least it will be quiet!

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) I think the only think I will have to pack in to the car are the presents, even more this year as have baby Connie to buy for. Think I will hit the Early Learning Centre for that.

I usually get a bit of something for Herve's three, might make it clothes this year, never know what to buy them. As for Jo and Herve the same Jo said she was desperately short of trousers as for the little ones Leon loves to play with Sophie's guitar so I might see if I can get him one - it wasn't expensive Sophie never plays it except when Leons here she say's she wants a flute! Only if I can have a set of earplugs!

No I don't like cinammon and it is one of the spices used so I tend to give it a wide berth.

I have sent you the first page of changes read it through and tell me if it's grittier!

I have to kids off school today, one with the runs and the other one full of a cold, lovely! At least it's raining outside and we can get cosy indoor watching films.

message 5837: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) Morning,

Baking went well, will be away for the morning at the cake morning, raising money. I am on the raffle tickets today, got quite a few nice presents including 2 x £400 facials. Hopefully I can be lucky and win one of those.

£400 for a facial! I hope it's a series of the electronic face lifts at that price - sounds about right pricewise!

Morning Eva,

Don't you just love kids when they're ill - and you know for certain the other one will get it followed by you - thats where the buck normally stops - when mine were little the husband rarely caught anything from the kids it was always me!

Yep, most likely in the loo or in bed dying quietly as we girls do. When I'm ill I simply take myself off to bed luckily we have two loos here, and at the new house too!

You have rain today, nice, you can have ours too if you like, we're due for it all weekend again! I am up to chapter eleven on the revision of LTSC. I am making the killer invisible until he takes Jimmy's wife captive I think - and bringing into play Gavin a little earlier in the plot as his understudy!

message 5849: by Sharon (new)

Sharon Atkinson (darkened_angel) No, I didn't win the facial unfortunately. But we did raise nearly £1000. Not bad for 3 hours work. There were loads of cakes.

Morning Trisha and Victoria
