I love the inside of it (very roomy, lots of compartments) rather than the outside.
Oh, and Petra, I've been meaning to ask you - Where do the letters to Santa go???

I bought The Hunger Games, some cool sharpie pens, oh, and 100pk of Blank CDs for 14 dollars at Office Depot, so if you need some, holla

For some reason 400+ ended up going to an apt in the W Village in NYC. The couple finally decided to assume the role of Santa in distributing little gifts. Ain't that sweet!
England has the best pasties.

It was a same-sex couple wasn't it? Or maybe this is a different story. I remember a newspaper article about it and an item on Gawker titled "Santa is a gay couple living in Chelsea":

Anyway, it was a nice story. I don't think anyone ever figured out why the letters ended up there, though.

They just leave me an envelope with my name on it on the mailbox. Usually it is a card with a green looking gift (wink! wink!) But some people feel like they want to give me something more personal and enclose a gift card, a scarf, gloves, hand warmers, bags of coffee, way too many boxes of candy. Some people obviously regift me, but I just smile and write a little thank you note, because I appreciate the fact that they thought of me at all. This year I received two cards that were made on the computer and personalized to me and my particular relationship with that customer. Those are nice. Also, I LOVE my surrogate dogs and several of them left me gifts of dog treats since I carry treats for my four legged friends. very sweet. some of my customers even have my cell number in case they need anything. :)

they go to the dead letter office and eventually are shredded. However, if I get one from a sweet babe, I take it back to the office and postmark it for the parent and then return it to them undercover. It is kind of dorky, I know. But, as a parent, it is a sweet memento to have.

Dan should take a lesson from you. He's terrified of Bo, and Bo hates him because of that. We've had to put the mailbox outside the fence. Bo has a thing in general about people bringing things to the house. I think some dogs are Herders, and he's a Hoarder, or an anti-Hoarder, to precise.
"Go away, UPS! We don't need what you're bringing!" If someone leaves a package and he finds it before I do, he'll attack it. He doesn't chew anything else, but if someone leaves a package, it usually gets a bite or two.

My wife got this for me and I'm not sure why, but it's not bad so far.
I never caught one episode of "McGyver" during its original run, but based on Disc 1 alone, apparently there's not much you can't do - up to and including splitting atoms - with a Swiss army knife and a roll of duct tape.

Ms. Petra, how do your customers give you gifts? I ask because I've never left my mailman (Mailman Dan) anything since I don't know how. Is that terrible? Should I give seven years' worth of presents? How does he know it's for him?
