the date is 2030 and a chaotic exploseion happened over 3 years ago in a large city 'Bunki city' and the reminants of thouse others involved, now live lives that consist of being very high up in society and good money making..... anyone who is lower than them is considered scum
(we are useing charecters from charect design right?)
