"Well, we should probably be leaving..." Neves said, looking at Lee's ears twitch.

"Oy!" Owen ran to catch up with him. "That's my job!"
Lee's ears stopped twiching when they walked passed a large room, then they started moving again when the didn't enter.
"Hey, hey. That room!" Owen pointed to the room excitedly. "That's where she wants us to go!"
Neves looked back, and sighed. She followed Owen into the room, looking around.

((*sigh* The twitching ears are gonna give me nightmares...))Owen went into the room. "Come on!!!" He shouted back to Troy.
Lee after being knocked out for awhile, becomes awake. not the normal eyes flutter awake, but the eyes burst open from a nightmare awake.
Orion (( <-- look at me, being too lazy to type The Scientist xDD )) cracked his eyes open. So he wasn't dead yet...Neves followed Owen. Well, actually Lee's twitching ears, but it sounded better to say she was following Owen.

"Yo, minotaur-man, are you deaf?" Owen poked his head out the door way, glaring at Troy.Valerie sat down next to him and set the medicine in front of her. She stared at it blankly, she still didn't know exactly what was wrong with him so she wasn't sure what she was supposed to do. She looked at him and sighed. "If you can answer me, tell me what's wrong so I can fix it. Please."
Nana followed Troy to wherever he was going because he was the only person she knew that she saw. ((Or something like that...))
"Fever, nausea, pain." He noticed the medicine, and relief flooded through him. He grabbed a syringe, and injected it into his wrist.
Valerie watched him. "Or you know, you could help yourself." She shrugged. She kind of wished that she could have saved him because then he would be indebted to her and might allow her to stay here but that was selfish and Valerie hated herself for even thinking about it.

Owen grunted and went back into the room. "I wonder what's so important in here?"
He coughed a little. "Are there any painkillers?" He asked, rubbing the tender area where he had just jammed the needle in.

Valerie searched the medicine then handed him a bottle with a few pills. "You're getting low." She noted quietly.((Yes please do...))

"Low?" He asked, his clouded mind making it hard to understand. Just as quickly as the sickness had set in, he could feel his fever dropping. He took two of the painkillers dry, and looked at her. "I'm either going completely insane or I've never met you... I don't remember your face."
Valerie's eyes widened. "Oh! I'm Valerie Jameson, I've been searching for this place for about a year and as you can see I finally found it!" Her eyes sparkled with excitement then that slowly faded as she remembered that she'd probably have to leave soon.
"Well hi Valerie. Any particular reason you've been searching for my laboratory so devotedly?" He asked kindly. He coughed a little, but propped himself up against the wall.
Lana got outside and found Kristen. "Hi." She said.
"Well I heard rumors that you were creating half animal half human creatures and it sounded so interesting to me so I decided to find you. And I don't have much experience with this kind of science.... but I'd really like to help." Valerie stared at the ground, anxious about his answer. Don't get your hopes up Val... he probably has tons of assistants already.

He nodded. "Well, I killed all of my assistants this morning... vulgar as it sounds, so I'd be happy to have some help."
((Uhh. There all leaving and one girl found The Scientist and the Scientist is sick?? I think....))
((yuppp right now they're following lee's incessant ear twitching to a large room... you should probably point her ears in the right direction for everyone :DD ))
Valerie smiled brightly then realized what he'd just said. "W-why'd you kill your assistants?"((Lee, Owen, Troy, Neves and Roan are in the room that Lee's ears told them to go in.))
"Because I couldn't trust them. They were bringing unnecessary pain to my experiments, when the task they were given could just be three shots to the arm. They were also altering my experiments, and you can't just fire people from a job like this... you have to be able to trust the people you spend your days with, and I do not appreciate them irrevocably damaging the soul of a human being further than necessary."
"Does that mean you trust me? Even though you just met me." To be honest she was thrilled, but she was trying not to show it.

"I'm always willing to trust, until inevitable human fallacy--whether intentional or accidental--proves that it is not reciprocated or respected."
Valerie nodded in understanding and smiled. "Thank you so much, you won't regret this!"
"I sure hope not. It doesn't please me when my trust is broken."

((oh...))Lee softly started to speak, "everything is in here...all of their data on us..."

"Wha?" Roan looked at Lee, "What did you say?"
"their data..." Lee moved to a desk with a computer on it, "Everything..." she started to type, "their failures...how they choose their 'subjects'...everything...."
