Roan noticed that the sun had fallen fairly low in the sky. She turned to the others, "Well, I don't know about you, but I've had a long day, so goodnight!"

Troy took a seat next to her, "Night Roan."

Roan looked over at Troy and smiled. She didn't quite know what to think of him... First he was extremely nice, then he was yelling at her. And now he's being nice again..

Troy hugged her softly and smiled, "Sleep well."

Roan blushed and replied, "You too." She knew she was in for an emotional roller coaster.

Troy stopped unsure of what to do next.

Roan opened her wings and wrapped herself in them for warmth. Then she settled on the ground to sleep..

Troy leaned against a tree and smiled resting his eyes.

Aiden looked around, not sure what to do. But he followed everyone's movements and laid down against a tree and closed his eyes. What exactly was this supposed to do?

Troy's eyes peeked open and noticed Aiden, "Sleep, just close your eyes and you should fall asleep and then you will wake up later." He smiled and closed his eyes.

Aiden looked at Troy. Sleep. Wake. How? Close your eyes... Fall asleep. He closed his eyes. How did you fall asleep? Maybe it was a type of movement ... But everyone was still. He looked at everyone. It was as though they were sleeping because of wounds. What if they were? Aiden frowned. But they were doing it on purpose. Maybe if he just closed his eyes and lay still... It would come to him....
Soon, without knowing it, Aiden's breathing slowed and deepened as he slept.

Frankenstein lay in the freezer, encompassed in a green, high viscosity fluid. He sat up, the tubes connected to his body moving with him. He took a breath--the first one since his death--and cracked his eyes open. A small smile curved on his lips as he pulled the machines off of him. So Orion had done it. Ten years, it had taken, after Orion had killed Rank for his experiment. He put his hand on the scar over his heart, and felt it sputter out a few measly beats. He stood, and got dressed with the simple clothing he found by the door.

Rank wandered through the halls, and was found by Orion. Upon their meeting, Orion began to shake as though he were crying, though no tears fell from his face. Orion was the first one to actually do it. He had resurrected the first living, breathing human.
Frankenstein was the perfect name for such a being.

Hours dragged on as he and The Scientist talked, excitement never leaving Orion's eye.
"Rank... what comes after death? What happens when you die?" Orion asked him, leaning against the wall.
Rank smiled at him. "You wouldn't believe me if I told you."
"Try me."
"Orion, I cannot. Absence from so desperatly sought knowledge is worse than death, and frustrates hope severer than despair. what would be the mystery or beauty of life if you knew what came after? Why would you live life to the fullest if you knew what was in store for you? That is why I cannot tell you. You will just have to find that answer on your own, when the time is right."
Orion nodded, clearly dissatisfied.
"No matter. I want you to find a group of my experiments nearby, and join them. Show yourself to Neves. She will know that I have succeded."
He nodded. "Yes sir."

Calin glanced at Sevira. "Are you sure?" He asked. "I would not like to have to fight them." Sevira sighed. "I'll be right back. I want to show you something." She left and while she was gone Calin looked at the forest. He stood right outside of the town, he was going to inspect the newer experiments. When Sevira returned, she had brought a girl, of about fifteen, her eyes were blank. Calin eyed her. Then he realized what Sevira was going to do. He said nothing and waited to see if she could. Sevira disappeared and the girl fell to the ground screaming. Calin sighed. The loud noise was sure to bring someone. He looked at the girl with no expression of pity on his face, he had never experienced or heard of pity or kindness, so he didn't feel anything towards the girl as Sevira fought to eliminate her spirit and take control of the body. It took ten minutes, then Calin felt the painful retreat of a dead spirit and the girl stood, her eyes bright with victory. "She is one year younger, but she looks like me and will have to do." Sevira said. They walked off into the forest.

Rank rested at the lab for the night, and departed on his journey the next morning. He reached the forest, and felt an odd presence. He shrugged, and continued walking.

Calin looked out at the sleeping people. One had the lower half body of a minotaur, two had wings, well, one only had a single wing, and by the over all look, he knew these were the new experimentals. "I wonder how long after they shut me away that these were created." He whispered softly. Sevira put a hand on his shoulder. It was weird, ever since she had gained a body, she had been no further than five inches from him and always was touching his arm or shoulder. Calin looked at her. "Wait until they wake." She told him softly. Calin nodded. They were a couple hundred feet from the experiments, so Calin didn't bother to hide until they woke. He would just stand and wait.

Franky walked along, whistling a tune. He ran right into Calin, and fell flat on his back. "Oof."

Calin looked at Franky and arched a brow. Sevira just frowned. "Hello," Calin said. "What might you be?"

Lee woke up and sat outside and watched the stars and moon.

Calin heard a moan and glanced over at the other experiments. "Well, we will have to continue later," he told Franky. Calin walked a little closer so he was now a hundred feet away, Sevira of course followed closely.
