((time to see how u guys can type a battle scene :D))

Owen's eyes widened in shock as the buss tipped over, he grabbed Lee before they fell so he could break her fall. He winced as he hit the ground and slowly sat up. He looked around to make sure no one was badly injured.

((lol I can't wait to see how Troy will react to all this ;D))

Aiden's eyes became red instead of golden. He burst through the wall of the bus, making a large hole in it. He jumped onto a spirit of a distorted animal and tore into it with his hands, the spirit howled and dropped to the ground, melting into it. Aiden instantly flashed over to a human spirit, took it's head in his hands and snapped it's neck, and it also faded into the ground. Aiden snarled, kicked, bit, tossed and killed as many creatures he could get his hands, or teeth, on.

Owen frowned and searched for someone he trusted to take charge. Troy? No he'd probably want to fight. Roan? She'd probably want to fight as well. Neves maybe? "Hey Neves, do you mind making sure everyone's alright and getting them to safety? I feel like smashing heads together."

Troy was already out side the bus hoping everyone was okay, but what ever this was that put his friends in danger deserved a part of him.

Calin saw the town. There were bodies laid everywhere. There had been a gang shoot out. That's why. Usually people felt tense when they walked where people had just died, uncomfortable. Calin just felt empty. He knew the spirits had moved on, the bodies were just shells. Empty, and useless. He stepped over them and walked through the streets. All the people were hiding somewhere further into the town, waiting until the shooting stopped. Calin shook his yellow hair out of his face and looked at the empty place around him with light purple/blue eyes. He sighed and went into one of the stores. He grabbed a black back pack and started to stuff it with things that he really needed. Then he walked out and saw the police starting to come, too late to stop the shooting. Calin went into an alley, went through a fence and kept on going. He needed to find a place to hide, a building, a cave, never, though, never underground. Not if he could help it.
((btw, I'm thinking they're inArizona......))

"Neves?" Owen made his way over to her. "You alright?"

"Bus tipped over, remember?" Owen reminded Troy. "Do you think you could get everyone to safety?" He asked the minotaur. He wanted to kick some spirit ass even more now.
"Yeah no problem. And sorry I was putting a tracker spell I took from a book on the thing that tipped us." Troy huffed and helped Neves away from the crash to sit in the grass.

"Thanks!" Owen called after him then he left Daemona in Lee's care and climbed his way out of the bus. As soon as he landed on the ground he was engaged in a fight with a spirit. The fight was soon over and moved on to another spirit, which he incidentally set on fire. Damn, gotta be careful...

Owen was caught off guard by that statement and narrowly missed getting sliced. "Uh, thanks. I don't have much experience." He felt his blood heating up and vainly tried to cool it off my blowing on his skin. The spirit was set aflame in seconds. "Shit." Maybe he could pass it off as a lighter he kept hidden in his sleeve?
((He may be a bit different but he's still Owen...))

"A-ability? Whatever do you mean?" Owen's eyes were wide. Damn, he found out! Just play it cool... you're just a normal human being and in no way is your dna mixed with a phoenix. Another spirit was set on fire and his eyes turned red. Not good.

Troy had gotten the people to safety and smiled. He ran over to Owen "Hey phoenix go take a brake and figure out your skin!" he kicked a shadow and it fell apart.

"Red?" Owen laughed. "Must be a trick of the light." He gritted his teeth. He was gonna sprout flaming wings soon and there wasn't much he could do to cover that up. "Anyways this conversation was lovely and I wish I could stay and chat some more but I should go." He grinned and waved then dashed off in the direction Troy was taking people to safety.

Owen fell flat on his face, he sat up fast spitting dirt out of his mouth. At least the dirt distracted him from the pain of his wings growing out of his shoulder blades. But not for long. He hissed out a cry of anguish and bit his lip until his wings were done growing.
"Damn it, it never used to hurt this bad. You'd think it'd hurt less and less the more it happened." He glanced over his shoulder at the person who knocked him over. It wasn't anybody he knew. "Excuse me sir." He nodded politely to him and took off into the air. He'd get to the other's faster and it wasn't like he had to hide his abnormality anymore.

"What the hell? Now is not a good time." Owen growled and landed a few feet away from the group of people that Troy had brought to safety. "Okay gotta get rid of these, and fast." He glanced between each wing, thinking fast.

Aiden heard a faint vibration in the ground, and a humming that grew to a roaring, as something got closer. He turned his head slowly and saw something like the bus, but smaller. "Roan?" He didn't remember what had happened. He didn't remember the bus tipping or flying out and fighting. He did know that he was worried that Roan was hurt, or worse. The first person that had actually helped him. He wanted to help her in return, he wanted to protect, but if she was hurt.. Then he had failed again. He tried to look around, but found no sign of Roan.
Troy sighed, "Aiden move quickly!" He snapped his patience were running out for the new experimental.

Aiden heard Troy and his focus snapped into place. He pulled himself to his feet, stumbled over to Troy and fell to his knees behind him, clutching the back of his head with one hand and keeping himself from eating dirt with the other. "I'm sorry I couldn't be more help..." Aiden said quietly. He didn't recognize the feeling of wet, warm sticky liquid between his fingers on the back of his head. He knew it was to blame if he passed out again.

"We need to get cover from the humans." Troy said gruffly with a painful smile.
Rohak stood in the bushes he had luckily not been seen making a dash for it.
Kristen was already in the forest by the safe spot she was bringing the plants to life and curing the water.

Owen's skin prickled and he shuddered, he frowned and glanced out the window. "I hope we get there soon." He mumbled, deciding to ignore the foreboding feeling he had suddenly got.
