Roan returned to where she had left the others, but now some were gone. 'Great, now we're even more separated,' she thought.

Aiden spotted Roan and left Neves to run to her. "Sorry, Roan. I had to find Daemona." he bowed his head, he had done wrong after all.

Nana walked with all the other people. She didn't really know that many of them.

Owen rushed to Neves and carefully retrieved Daemona from her. "Turned completely cat huh?" He sighed and held the cat close. "Thank you Neves, Aiden. We can go now." He wondered if she'd gone all cat because she was scared and if she'd ever turn back. Whatever happened he'd keep his promise and take care of her.

And Maddie, I'm well aware that this might piss you off and for that I'm truly sorry but I'm dropping out of Secondary... if the four of you could play my characters that would be great, I'm happy to advise you every once and a while if you get stuck with them. And I'll certainly still help edit the story.))

Aiden heard Lee. He brightened that he could help make someone happy at last. He looked up at Roan. "What do we do next?" He asked.

Ya, let us just get out of here like we've been trying to do. For anyone who hasn't been around in a bit, we'll just say that we brought their charries with us!))


Roan looked around at everyone, "All right, let's get out of here. For reals this time."
She turned to lead the way down the hall, and unlocked the large white door leading to the stairs.

Owen smiled at Lee and followed Roan. "So, when we get out of here what are we gonna do? And where will we go?" He asked no one in particular. "I don't know about everyone else but I'm starving." His stomach growled in agreement.

"We'll find some food!" Roan laughed in reply to Owen.

Aiden looked at Owen and Roan. "Huh?" He asked, not quite understanding.

"The outside world is amazing. You guys will love it."

Roan shuffled everyone up the stairs, looking back to make sure everyone was upstairs before heading up herself. Once at the stop of the staircase she could see that the other escaping experimentals had made a huge mess!

[Catherine]

"I know where we can all stay at. I remember a house out in the country that I used to go to alot. No one lives there, so if there's a chance its still around, we can call that home for awhile." Lee said to Owen.

[hypocrite clams...]

Neves nodded. "Or we could go to a crazy town like Vegas or New York or New Orleans, where people who look like us are a commonplace thing. They're not real of course, like we are, but they still dress up."

"I like those ideas," Roan replied, "Maybe we should try the country house first, that way we can get use to being outside again and fly around a bit without taking too much risk. Then we could check out the city."

Aiden was lost. All he knew was that they were talking about places, and that he could trust them. He did wonder what Neves meant about how they would fit in somewhere.

"Vegas? Aren't we a bit young for that?" Owen raised an eyebrow. "I agree with Roan though, country first. I need to stretch my wings." He lightly kicked the ground, anxious to get as far away from the lab as possible. "But before we do anything else we all need food!"

"All right, we'll have Lee lead us there," Roan said, showing the way down some halls and to the exit.

Troy turned a corner and found the rest of the group and caught up.

Aiden looked at Troy and shrank back a little, keeping close to Roan as they moved out of the lab.

Troy huffed and sped up next to Lee. "Hey Owen," He said not suspecting him to reply.

As soon as they left the llaboritory, Lee led them to a bus stop that they will have to take in order to get to their desination.

Aiden stared at everything when they got outside. The sky, the grass, everything was a mystery and wonder to him. "What are we waiting for?" Aiden asked.

[Maddie]

"A bus. We have to hid our wings and fur and whiskers.." Troy growled slightly and started tucking hair around his horns.

Kristen sat in her cell. She was no longer locked in but it was dark and too dark for her to figure her way out.


Rohak stood behind the group. His eyes flicked dryly between Roan and Lee. A smile cracked his lips softly.

Soon a bus horn sounded, and Lee stood up waved the bus down.

Troy quickly covered Aiden's wing and scanned the rest of the group.

Aiden looked up at Troy, startled. He realized what Troy had done. He nodded to him, then stared at the bus as it came up to them. "What are we going to do with it? Is it an experiment too? It growls..."

Owen, who looked like a normal human when he didn't have his wings out ((I don't know if it's allowed but there's been no complaints so far...)), helped Lee wave the bus down. The only thoughts on his mind that kept him going through his exhaustion was 'food' and 'safety'.
