Owen's ears pricked up. "Lee?!" He took a hesitant step forward trying to pinpoint her location by her voice. It wasn't working so well.

Aiden stared at Owen, he felt that he was strange, but nice. "Who is Daemona?"

[Catherine]

Lee continued to run, "Owen? Troy? Where are you guys?"

[Madeline]

"Another experimental... she's my cat." Owen replied before he started to run in the direction he thought Lee was. "I'll be right back, with Lee!"
((No one follow him, I have an idea...))

((Just saw your comment about Owen. Thank you! I like him too, he's probably my favorite out of all the characters I've ever rp'd.))

Lee paused for amoment after hearing footsteps, 'uh oh, i didn't think thats the guys their too fast. I should probably prech myself in that corner and jump one them.' she thought then did just that.

Aiden heard the shouting from Lee, but he didn't want to send someone in the wrong direction again and fail, so he stayed silent, standing next to Roan.

Nana ran into Lee as she had also started looking for Lee. "There you are Lee." She said sounding relieved.

[Madeline]

Owen quickly found Lee and Nana and breathed a sigh of relief. "Oh good, I found you. I thought for sure I'd get lost."

Owen stumbled into Troy and fell flat on his butt, he hissed in pain and slowly got up. He glanced around at all the people and his eyes widened in fear, he slowly backed up. "Who-who're you people? Are you here to take me back to my cell and lock me up again. Or, or worse, experiment some more on me?!" He kept backing up till he hit a wall and instantly curled up into a ball as if that would protect him from any harm.
((If you have any idea what's going on here, pretend like you don't. Oh and to eliminate any confusion, Owen is still with Lee and Nana. "Owen" is with the others. Okay never mind, that won't 'eliminate' confusion but hopefully you all understand enough not to answer to the wrong Owen.))

"Because his bone structure was insufficient for two wings. I need someone with broader shoulders and a bigger ribcage. One wing will work for now. It's a shame they're taking him with them… I would have liked to make adjustments and maybe add a second wing."

Lee hugged Owen, then Troy. But she noticed that she hugged Owen longer than Troy, but hoped that no one else noticed.

Aiden noticed the hug that the girl gave Owen, but he did not know what it meant or if it held significant value.

Nana looked at both Owen and Troy. "hey there again." She said to both of them.

Roan sighed and ran after the others, "Hey let's get out of this place!"

Aiden ran after her. He found it difficult to run, or move at all, with his wing stretching in and out and flexing randomly, also making him off balance, so he didn't run, he stumbled after Roan.

Roan heard Aiden stumbling behind her and remembered that he still hadn't been taught how to control his new limbs, like most experimentals were.

((Eh whatever... forget the whole 'other Owen' thing then.))

Owen returned Lee's hug. "Don't get lost again. I worry for you." He watched Roan take off with surprise. "Hey wait, what about Daemona?!"

"Well, where is she?" Roan called back. She was getting frustrated, and was beginning to feel her wings grow restless. She realized that she hadn't been outside in a couple of years, or more!

[Madeline]

"I have no idea, that's the problem!" Owen was starting to get frantic. What if she was lost somewhere in the maze of cells and he never found her again? Then he would've failed her and her mother.

Aiden stopped at Owen's words. He wanted to do something right. Maybe he could go after the cat, and if he was the one then no one else would be mad at him for sending them in a pointless direction. He glanced at the retreating Roan, bit his lip and bolted the other way, past Owen and around the corner. He knew he would be able to hear the cat, but once he started to run, he remembered that he didn't even know what a cat was let alone what it sounded like, but he wouldn't let that hinder him, he needed to help Owen.

Neves watched Aiden blow past her, and she stopped, and looked after him. She took off running, her mechanical limbs processing that she needed extra speed.

Aiden had a theory that if he checked the sounds he wasn't familiar with, he would find the cat, and maybe call out her name. "Daemona!" he looked around a large room with metal shelves. He heard something in one aisle and peered in. There was a creature with ears pointing up, a tail, and stood on four legs. It looked funny, but also soft. "Are you Daemona?" Aiden asked, he thought that the creature would talk back, but it just looked at him. "You can't speak? Are you silenced?" ((mute..)) Aiden went forward and reached towards it to pick it up.

"Here, let me get her." Neves got her, and lead her to the door. "We have to go Aiden. The sooner we get out of here, the better."

Aiden looked at Neves, confused a little. He nodded though and followed her.

Lee followed Owen so she wouldn't get lost again.

Troy followed his mind racing about why Owen's hug was longer. He doubted it was intentional and shrugged it off.

Aiden didn't know where the others were, but this new person, Neves, looked like she knew where she was going.

Aiden tried to hear the others, but heard footsteps faintly on the metal floors, but there was also a ringing sound, also very faint, but it kept ringing in his head and it started to hurt. He turned his head to look at Neves to see if she heard it, but when he did his vision suddenly swayed and he went limp and dizzy. His vision swam and he felt himself falling, but more like tummbling down a deep canyon. He still felt like he was falling, but when his vision cleared he was on his side on the ground, just staring at the wall on the other side of the hall. He felt like he had just woken up during a dream and felt too limp and tired to move.

Troy heard the noise and walked quickly away.
