Has anyone else out there read serafina67 by Susie Day?

This is one of my absolute favorite books (serafina67 *urgently requires life*or Big Woo in the UK, where it was originally published) but the only other people I know who've read it are the few people I forced to read it (heh heh) so I'm wondering... am I the ONLY person who has read this fabulous book?

And if you have read it, what did you think of it?
