I returned a book Sherri loaned me - how do I get the info for it off my Nook? Do I need to manually remove the file? Kind of a pain...

Jennifer (thebooknympho) check for New B&N Content and it should go away.

I've checked for new content a number of times since I returned it and it's still there. Not the book itself, but an "overview." I'd like the listing completly gone so it's not cluttering up my pages.

Marie | 3 comments You could archive it and then select to not display archived books.

Archiving is not listed as an option. :-( Perhaps it already considers it archived, since I have the buy option? Except I think I'm already set to not display archived items, because I just archived another book and it's disappeared. Argh, why am I the only person who has issues with this stuff?! :-)

Edited to add - I found a delete button for it in my library, I hope that will take care of it! Part of my whole reason for wanting an ereader was not to have to deal with disposing of books all the time! ;-) Thanks for your help.

Jennifer (thebooknympho) it should go away after the 14 days is up. I've borrowed books in the pass and they no longer show up. So you migh have to deal with it being there until the time runs out on the loan.
