yeah, ther's somthing about how Cam treats Luce that I find romantic - like he loves her but he knows she doesn't feel the same so he just keeps it a secret. and Erica, you're so right about Daniel treating her like a baby sometimes, I just feel a little bad for him...he loves her so much! and Miles...he's so sweet! I love them both. Cam is sexy and daring and dangerous but I think he really loves Luce and I think that Daniel is Awesome and loving and protecting but I do think he is hiding something fro Luce and Cam knows the truth. I can not wait for the next book to come out because I think the secrets will be revealed!

Okay on an earlier theory. Cam shot Luce because he knew that she would be better off dead. Who knew what would happen after they had used her. She would probably die anyways. Cam was the one to think while Daniel just sat around blubbering, and he didn't hesitate because he recognized and accepted what he had to do knowing the consequences. While Daniel was only thinking selfishly in not wanting to lose her Cam knew that this would be better for everyone.
