A chest without hinges key or lid but inside golden treasures are hid. What is the chest and what is the treasure?

No. That's the first thing I thought of when I first heard it. XD It's not something you'd normally think of when you think of treasure and a chest.

even if it's not the answer to the riddle, that is my own personal treasure chest! I love it more than any other inanimate object (although I don't think that inanimate is the right word.)
Minds are amazing things. Have any of you guys read that book, I can't remember what it's called, but it was written by a brain surgeon who had a stroke. It teaches you the science of what it's like, and also her personal experience with it.
hmmm... i've never read it Riley... sounds interesting.As for the riddle: Could the "chest" be like a beach. And burried underneath it is the REAL treasure chest with the gold... hahahahaha... just a silly guess. :)

hmm...okay here's a good one!
A man walks out of his home, and sees a masked man. He runs to the right, and goes straight for a while. Then he turns right again. He turns right a final time, running even faster, and runs toward two masked men now, then goes home.
Who are the two masked men, and what is the man doing?
Well, the man is walking around in circles . . .

Well, the one masked guy is the catcher, the other ... I forget....
