"Oh no," Asuko groaned, looking at the aisles and aisles of snow globes. "That is just... ugh!"

Asuko asked the cashier - an old woman - if she had seen the man. "No, hun, but I think Old Bert was talkin' 'bout a red-eyed boy a few days ago..." She pointed at an old man smoking a cigar a few lanes over.

Mello proptly marched over to the little smoking man, resisting the urge to snatch the cigar and crush it under his boots. "What is this about a red eyed man?"

"Well, I was doin' ma job, as usual-like, and there wuz this man who came in an' bought a telly... he had red eyes, I swear t' God," the old guy drawled. Asuko tried not to roll her eyes.

"What did he look like, aside from the red eyes?" Mello tried to drudge up every little scrap of patience he had to deal with these people.

Mello gasped excitedly, "Did he talk to himself? That's the guy, isn't it Asuko?"
"Yes! Yes, it is!" Asuko was getting really excited."Th' man was madder th'n a rattle snake, mumblin' away 'bout some 'Kami' char'cter..."
"Yes, yes, thank you!" Asuko hugged the old man and laughed. "We found him! Can I use your computer?" She didn't wait for Old Bert to answer, just opened up 'recent sales'. "Do you remember which one he was?"
"Yep... he was that'un right there..."
"Makami... Mello, his name is Makami! There's Kira #2!"

"Yes! YES!" Mello literally jumped with excitement. "BRILLIANT! I could just HUG you right now, I swear!"

Asuko did hug him for a second, then began jumping up and down with anticipation. "Come on, we need to get to a computer! I need to find this guy... I can track him on the computer... I hope..." She ran out of the store, so happy with what they had found.

Mello ran after her, almost skipping in his happiness.

Asuko looked around. "Do you have a computer? No, it would be safer to use one public. Is there a library nearby?"

"I think so, let's go," Mello hopped on the motorcycle and revved up the motor.
Asuko hopped off when they got to the library. "Motorcycles are awesome," she decided, then went inside and logged onto a computer. She typed in "Makami" and a whole lot of stuff came up. "This should only take a minute..." she mumbled, becoming lost in the technological world.

"He goes to the gym a lot... at the same time... every day... okay." She printed out directions to the gym that he was a member of. "I'm almost positive that this is the right guy."

((YES! I HATE HIM!!! HE'S SO SCARY!!!!!!!!))Asuko was pleased with the time it had taken her to find him... and his locker combination, a major plus. But it was unlikely that he kept his Death Note with him at all times...
