What'd you guys think of this one? I just watched this a few nights ago, and despite reading a bunch of bad reviews, I rather liked it. Of course they had to cut stuff out, it would've taken too long to include everything. The biggest thing I noticed was they cut out David's dreams/visions of the whole treehouse and stuff, shortened Brian's role, but it was understandable, and might've even confused people who haven't read the book. Also I was expecting Cynthia to have her orange and green hair! Aside from the things that were left out, I thought it was a good adaptation, considering it was made for TV and couldn't exactly be R rated. It'd be interesting for them to do Regulators with the same cast. Then SyFy could put all their CGI talents to work lol.

Gotta love the SyFy movies! I thought Desperation was was pretty ok. It seems not many people like the movie versions of SK's work, but I've always enjoyed them, except Dreamcatcher. That one was inexcuseable(sp), imho.
