Oooh Em, I like the look of Sylvia, also her powers made me think of this character from Marvel, who isn't really invisible but can manipulate the peripheral vision of others so that he can tail them without ever being seen. Unsurprisingly he was codenamed Stalker:)Alicia, seems mesmer abilities are the in thing:) But go for it, Ian Estaban sounds pretty cool, also electro powers would be quite cool too, he can GTA any vehicle and overload any security system and shoot electricity ( maybe I'm just guessing at his powers:p)

Personality: her former friends would call her, bubbly, effervescent, almost to the point of being air-headed, but she's no idiot, she only puts it on coz she finds it makes people open up to her and makes them happy. Unknown to her, her personality is closely linked with her abilities, but that's another story. She is chatty without being annoying or shameless and she enjoys the company of others.
Appearance:was entered into modelling at an early age by her parents, she has always been something of a beauty;lightly tan skin,long black hair that falls in ringlets over her shoulders,tall at 5 ft 11ins, warm brown eyes, and an infectious smile and laugh. ( Think Keira Knightley, sort of:)
Relationships: her parents,Wilberforce (54) and Elise (49) and younger sister Amanda(16) who live in rural Kent. The St.Clair's are what one would call 'toffs' being one of the old aristocratic families still to live in a family manor overlooking sprawling, beautifully sculpted grounds.She was engaged to be married to Connor West-McPhee, but that relationship abruptly broke down due to his violent temper. She has never really recovered.
Hometown:Maidstone, England
Occupation:formerly a model with Look Inc. now an operative for the resistance.
Powers:
Liz has the ability to lift the mood of anyone in her vicinity. As yet it is uncertain whether this is phermonal or some sort of aura, but she can tease a smile from a rock, or she could if rock's could smile.
This ability enables her to learn secrets by opening people up and letting her in, revealing things they would normall be tigh-lipped about without realising.
This ability works both ways, in that she feeds off the happiness of others. Being happy allows her to metabolise much quicker. If she's alone or surrounded with misery she will feel more miserable, and 'fat'
She discovered, completely by accident that she can convert anything she eats into energy stored in her cells which do not convert into fat. Thus she can consume what she likes, and it all serves to energize her, hence she doesn't have to eat often. As such she is often full of beans (meaning she's rarely if ever lazy)
Other: She loves to meet new people, and dislikes the idea of hurting them, not out of petty vanity but a fear of violence. She had an extremely destructive relationship with an ex boyfriend that drove her almost suicidal with despair. As such she's effective in a crowd but shies away from combat.

I don't mean to be rude or anything, but do you mind supplying more information? I mean, like more than just adjectives for personality, maybe give a full name, more relationships (parents? Siblings?), and like Woolfie, define what exactly "transforming" is?
It really helps, especially when the role-play is meant to be advanced... And Zoey asked us, more like demanded haha, to "give them a life".

Well you're right Mariah but I guess some are going to be main characters and some just background fillers, but that's not to say the prominent ones won't fade into the background as the narrative changed, but I agree it is a little difficult to sustain several narrative threads, but it largely depends on the manner of interaction they are faced with:)

Age: 19, yet pretends he's 21
Personality: My goodness. Aiden is a certainly not the person who you think. Well he is, yet he isn't. So let me explain a tad bit more.
When you first meet Aiden, he is quiet, reserved, and shy. He doesn't speak to many, and keeps himself quiet most of the time. Just because he doesn't talk doesn't he doesn't have anything to say, because he does. His shell is certainly hard to crack open. It takes a lot, and I mean a lot to get past the quiet demeanor. He sometimes hides under it, since that is the best option, mostly.
Underneath that oh-so-hard to break open shell is a guy who is truly fascinating. First off, he is incredibly intelligent. Yet he prefers to not show it. Well, he prefers to not show a lot of what he was feeling, but that's beside the point. Speak to him about any subject and he will have a topic and opinion for just about anything. His mind is always working, always thinking of everything happening. Processing it all.
After you get past the intelligence, he has quite the sarcastic/witty humor on in. Along with having on an opinion on something he also has a retort to all things. People can talk bad to him, and all, yet he will only have a retort to it. He is incredibly slow to anger, preferring arguing over physical violence.
Appearance: https://s3.amazonaws.com/thefashionis... Normally he is in all black, hiding behind the colors. A black sweatshirt with the hood up, so he blends to the back ground mostly. When he uses either of his powers, the iris of his eyes turn a ice blue, think white, with just a touch of blue.
Relationships: Aiden has no family what so ever. He never has. He grew up in an orphanage, and because of this quiet demeanor he never gained any bonds with anybody. He was the quiet loner that people were virtually fascinated with, yet never took the time to actually get to know. He grew up without anybody. This is partially what made him such a great candidate for The Office.
Hometown: Aiden grew up in Manhattan. He ran the streets, since the people at the orphanage really didn't care. Yet, he managed to not to do drugs, and retain no human contact really.
Occupation: Aiden works for The Resistance. Even though he didn't have much contact for humanity, he still has hope for it. He truly believes that The Office will be the fall of it all. That if they don't work to take The Office down, another war will be at hand. An incredible war, involving gifted, that will end up horribly. Be the end of human nature.
Powers: Sight Hacking - See through the eyes of another organism via psychic connection.
See no evil - The ability to create utterly devastating illusions and blind your opponent or take away a memory. - Basically he puts things into your mind, causing you to see whatever he wants. This helps him get out of a lot of things, since he either changes what they saw or takes it away completely.
Note: I know that I said I was going to give him silver tongue and lightening touch, but I found these, and really enjoyed them(:
Other: He was discovered only a year ago, and was threatened with either entering The Office or being killed. He didn't want to die, and the people against him, canceled out his powers. He soon found out about The Resistance and joined it.
I'm so proud of myself for finding time to make him!!!

Yeah we have enemies in the shape of The Office; Candaces' Ivan and my Candice ( no relation) are gifted agents for the Office, and between Candace and I we have a few characters part of an underground resistance to them, but feel free to submit any ideas you have:)

Yes, I had thought of doing a contrasting 'cursed' characters to the gifted, but then it sounded too X Men and the Brotherhood, but sure if you wanted to create a gifted psychopath that'd be great, it'd be waful but it'd be great:)
I agree, Woolfie :). I actually loved Sylar in Heroes, and I imagine this character to be similar to him. Sylar was horrible, but it gave the characters something other than HRG to fear.

I don't see why you can't post it here, from what I gather we have mod rights as in we can add threads, and possibly folders, but you might want to label it advanced.But Candace is right, much more well mannered to moot it under suggestions beforehand:)
Oh, well . . . I don't see where anyone would mind at all. It's just what I would do :). I know they have a few fantasy RPs, but I don't think they would have a problem with making an Advanced one. Also, this might just be me, but I think fantasy RPs work better in an Advanced capacity :).

Not to worry, in fact more to the good, I'm a huge fan of Fable, had the privilege of playing The Lost Chapters on PC (I don't have a game platform or a terribly savvy laptop or computer hence I could not sample the delights of Fable 2 and 3), and Gaiman is one of my favourite authors, so I'm definitely up for it:)
KK, now to the plot:Here's my idea.
We end up talking about some 2 modern poets (Shotgun on T.C. Boyle for me :) ) and after a while we decide to go for a walk next to the beach for a while.
Then you might aswell hit a piece of trash with a memory of a the kidnapping act or something?
