I believe something is down there. Whether it's a dinosaur or sometnhing more logical, hard to say. In Virginia, they had people seen in Chesapeake Bay and in Appomatax River in Hopewell (not far from where I live) see a sea monster they nicknamed Chessie. it's in my Haunted Virginia: Legends, Myths and True Tales book. I haven't, but then these signtings occured in the '80s.
