I did enjoy the book, that is to say I read it, absorbed it, derived some amount of joy from it, visually garnered it's long-winded, excessive, repetitive language into my being as I imagine the author, originator, creator intended.

It's available in hardback only and the Nook edition is $14.40. If B&N brings the ebook down to $9.99, I will probably get it. I do know I can get it from Sony for $9.99, but I prefer not to sideload.

Daddy Issues.
Human Condition.
My full review will be coming this evening unless I fall asleep before I write it. It'll be on my GR page for the book/my progress on it.

Haha, I thought Daddy Issues before you said it, really the book is more about that than time travel.

My daughter found this in the bookstore and said it looked perfect for me, so it was under my tree Christmas morning.

Hey, that's what I wanted to say.
Then is 'Douglas/Coupland hash-up' two or three words?

Something went at the back of my mind while hearing this on the podcast.
Another reference to The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.
Here's my two word review: nonsense mishmash
