I don't think it's going to work, Dlmrose. The excerpt starts at the 82% point so using the 86pp total as base, that will give 71pp to the main story.

And it was so appropriate too! (One of the main characters shifts into a White Tiger!)

Sorry for wasting your time! In the future, I will take a closer look at these things.

The ebooks with excerpts are tricky- it is hard to tell if they are included in the page counts. Since this was called a short story in many places it was especially suspect. If you can find a print copy of Hexed
with page numbers in the table of contents that will be a better indicator. All the "look insides" are of the electronic copy w/o page numbers.
I'm still looking- someone may have a pdf or a print copy available

I'm reading Fatal Affair by Marie Force, which has a paperback version but no # of pages in this version. However, when I tried to look for the paperback version online to update the number of pages, I didn't find it anywhere.

Do I need to get it approved? If I do, consider this post as asking for approval.

Unless the Linda Howard story is really short, the number of pages for that book seem off. I have the audiobook for Fatal Affair and it's 11+ hrs. which makes it at least 330 pages (going by the 30 pgs per hour ratio.)
