I read an abridged kindle version of Dracula. Is it necessary or possible to get this version okay for length? I'm not sure how edited it was, but it was still 333 pages according to my kindle.

There are so many editions of the classics with different kinds of auxiliary material (introduction, critical analysis, etc.) that we treat them as Goodreads does: as editions of the same title. Use your edition following the ebook rules as usual.
