Another question...I started to read this, then noticed that the paperback has an 'expected publication date'. I needed to use it for the kindle cover, then was going to link to the paperback to show proof of length. Will they accept the expected publication link or should I need verification from you?

The paperback was there, but the GR records needed correcting (check genres etc. due to the merge)

And the kb don't really correspond to length. There are too many factors: illustrations, links, formatting etc.
