i havent read this book, and yes i was always told dont judge a book by its cover but, it is completely impossible to be happy all the time. there are always other emotions, sometimes one that over take happy. but this is just what i think base only on the title.

The notion of happiness in this book is quite different from what we learned in our Western culture. It is not a recipe for happiness, it is a change of perspective towards the definition of happiness as we know.
