Some internet users' attitude toward their rights seems to be the equivalent of saying, I bought the car so petrol should be free. (Thanks, Deborah for the analogy).
Educating the public starts with those who show up on unpleasant sites like this, and who beard the straw lions who call us liars and failures for whining about lost sales.
