I have not read this book yet, I have read all the other books at least 2x and the first book 3x. I heard that it ended with a cliff hanger. Do you think it is worth reading now or should I wait for the next book?

It ends with multiple cliff-hangers--not just one. If you can hold off, it might be a worthwhile exercise. Although, since you do enjoy reading the books multiple times, you might just want to go ahead and understand that the ending will leave you hanging but that you'll reread it again before Book 8 comes out.
I'm with Wan. Read it now, reread it over and over. I loved it. It was my third favorite in the series.
I read it and then just finished listening to it. I liked it better after the 2nd go-round because it was like a refresher. Great book!

I enjoyed A Breath of Snow and Ashes, but I did feel it went on a bit much with mudane details. How does this book compare with A Breath of Snow and Ashes?

My first favorite was Outlander, followed very closely by Voyager.
My least favorite was Fiery Cross, though it was still excellent, lol.

Ditto for me! Those are my most and least favorites too, but I still really liked Fiery Cross.
My favourite is Outlander, I loved it! I enjoyed all the books in the series but my least favourite was A Breath of Snow and Ashes

I just finished "Echo". I just sat there with my jaw hanging open, thinking well what about .....? Now is the wait about 2 years till we find answers? I will just start reading them all overe again.
