My pleasure, Anna! And wow! Congrats on surpassing your goal!
This group has been awesome in listing titles. Many I haven't heard of myself either but am glad to add to my tbr pile! We're going again for 2012 for anyone who is interested. Same bat place, same bat channel. :-)
Author Kaye Manro also posted about the 2012 Speculative Fiction Reading Challenge for folks who like to review the books they read. We'll have double the fun with the challenge next year!
So did everyone make there challenge? The 2012 one just started, and I made a Group Challenge out of it, so feel free to sign up!
Made the challenge! I got to 44, I think. (I do occasionally miss putting some in goodreads). But wow, go Anna!!
I'm sure I'll do around the same this year. I do love reading SFR!
I signed up for 15 and finished 13 officially. I didn't count the "In Death" series by JD Robb, although they sort of, kinda fit. Anyway, I signed up for 15 for next year and I'll see how that goes. ;-) I'm finding I'm not real crazy about most of the newer ebook-only offerings that are out there. I'm glad people are writing and publishing more sci-fi rom, but I hope the quality goes up significantly.
Way back when I tried to read the In Death series, I counted the two I read as SFR. Some of the other series' I read didn't have strong romance in every book, but they still counted because I read them all--The Lost Fleet, The Apocalypse Babes...
If you're looking for books to fill the challenge, check out the SFR Brigade pitch fest this weekend. http://sfrcontests.blogspot.com/2012/...
Gives you a chance to have some input into what makes a good pitch and help us authors write better ones. :-)

Rae, I want to thank you for starting the challenge. I was reading SFR before that but not actively pushing myself to read a lot of them. Then I discovered just how many are out there and now I can't buy enough of them. LOL! Thank you!
