That aside, I'm trying to finish several yearly challenges and there are a few 400+ books there. I'm a third of the way in one of them...I hope to finish it in the next two days and then I'll work in some of the short books I have. :)

ok...maybe this is tmi, but why does he hate quickies?

He says he likes to 'luxuriate' (those are his words, whatever that means.) I guess because he can make love for hours (I'm not kidding or exaggerating), he feels he doesn't get as much from the experience if it's for a short time. Me, I'm done after 30 mins-1 hr. (For him, 20 mins. is a quickie.)

That's why I easily believe romance heroes' feats of strength in the bedroom. However long they do it, I can always easily say - hubby could have done it for longer, LOL!

remember the intesity of that garage scene in Smooth Talking Stranger. Girl needs an explosion every once in a while.
