This is one to be worked on. There aren't that many books so it shouldn't take long. I have no time now though, but I'll bet some librarian can get through these quickly.
If it was that easy I'd have done it. ;-)The only place I've found them is amazon.fr, which is where they came from, sans author. Any ideas where else to look?

I've already tried the available links and google, thank you for suggesting. Also Library of Congress and million-books.com. (Admittedly not every book in every place, but no results.)I'm officially giving these up. Life is too short. :-)

are the same author.
Does someone know how to move the second one into the first? There's only one book listed there, but it should be with the other editions of the same book.
Perhaps because it's a Kindle edition it loaded differently.
Is this just another Unknown or what?
