They are combined already. It may take a while for the author's page to update to show that they are combined, but the editions page is always correct for combinations.
Ah-hah, got it. The order of the authors was reversed on those; to combine books with multiple authors, each book has to have the same author listed first.Black Friday:

I don't have time right now but the paperback edition is missing (it's probably there just listed wrong) and Crown isn't there at all. If you don't get to it I can do it later.
