Sandy — I hope not! It'd be pretty hard to hit the childrens-picture-book-type shelves if that were the case! I count most of the little kids books I read (as I don't read many)... My daughter is 6 months now, though, so that may change....
Well, guess I need to go back and add all the books I read with my kids since Nov. 1. Bet
I'll hit a lot more shelves! :-)
Looking forward to round 7! I did not do well on this past one. :( Too busy with holiday stuff to get much reading done.Suggestion: I was thinking that maybe we should spice up the "prize" a bit. Rather than letting the top shelver(s) cross off shelves for the new challenge, maybe let her/him select a few shelves for the challenge. Thoughts?

Maybe the ones they pick could replace the most hit shelves since we all end up getting those.

I think that's a great idea! And I'm looking forward to the next round :) I would like to join and try for myself :)

Having just put together the list for Round 7, this gives me a huge headache. That is a LOT of work! My husband ended up doing it for me because he is the bomb. Perhaps, the leaders, could pick a shelf that we ALL get to cross off? I don't know. Let's continue to discuss this in Shelf-a-thon 7 which I am about to try to figure out how to open. :)
