The second link was just some of his music.. No video.. The first link was the most important, so its awesome that you checked it out and voted. :)

Totally got my vote Shell..I lost my mother to alcohol addiction when I was younger..have a brother who's a recovering alcoholic..we both know how it affects all family members..I just wish there had been a program like that 20 years ago..maybe a family member would still be with us if there had of been.My prayers are with you & family.."One Step At A Time"
I knew you and I were kindred spirits.. :).. We seem to have much in common. I agree, It's a wonderful program. Thx for the warm wishes.
I belive your right Shell..and it takes alot of guts to open yourself & share certain things..with people you dont know. I have much respect for you.
Just voted. Amazing video. My brother has had a drug problem for some ten plus years and it's really nice to see something positive. I 'll keep him in my prayers. let us know what happens
I voted - best of luck to your brother. My Brother is currently in the middle of a divorce. His soon to be x, whom I know he still loves, has just been arrested for the second time for drug possession. He can no longer help her although he wants to, we all do. Ironically he is in law enforcement and never saw the signs during their 10 year marriage. Who knows - maybe he could not face it. Hard to just stand by and say a prayer. Maybe some day she will find a way. I truly hope your brother finds his way through his music.

Thank-you all again, so much.

My dad is a recovering alcoholic who has been sober for 14 years now.. And my older brother is currently in recovery for a drug/alcohol addiction he has been battling for 8 years now.
Both are musicians, and artists and are extremely talented. My brother has been playing music for more than 1/2 his life.. Writing music, Vocals, Playing, Keyboard, Drums, Guitar and Bass.. He is multi talented. All of which has fallen to the wayside, as what tends to happen when substance becomes more important then reality.
He is currently living in Langley, B.C. where he is residing in an awesome recovery home and is doing much better, but he is finding the road a hard one.
The recovery home he is a part of goes to a local church weekly, and they have started a 'JAM' night for the musicians in recovery.. This has been opening doors for many of them, and showing them joy again.. Making them realize their potential and importance, and basically bringing them back to life.
Being from both a musically inclined family, and one who has struggled through addiction, I can tell you with 100% assurance how very important this program is.. It is changing lives, and quite possibly be on the verge of saving my brothers.
His name is Arron.. And he is the 2nd musician interviewed in the followng video I am going to post here.
Why am I telling you all this? Cause they need your votes.. Please click on th link, register and vote. Every vote counts, and it would mean alot to me.

Just to give you a taste of the talent behind the story.. here is another link of songs he wrote, performed, and recorded all on his cheap little e-machine PC, in his shitty lil bachelor pad several years ago.. Some are instrumental.. others have lyrics.. all are amazing and a true testament to his extraordinary talent.. One lost, hopefully soon to return..
Thanks Guys.
