Farzad,Here's a link to the Librarian Manual, which will hopefully answer some of your questions:
http://www.goodreads.com/help/librarian
#2 and #3 are related and, from what I understand, on the to-do list but not yet possible. Sorry there's no answer to be had yet.On #4, if you look at a book's entry, you'll see about the middle right side of the screen, there's a "merge books" link. If you click on that,it wil allow you to combine editions. Be careful, though--I've seen a few places where editions that are definitely *not* the same get combined.

I wanted to merge two book so both become one, not two book which is related to each other.I'd read about combining and then deleting the other books to made them all one book, but this doesn't work with these two books (I can't delete one)

They are exactly the same.
Faezad, both of those editions have over 10 ratings each, which means you as a librarian can't delete them. You have to be a "super user" in order to delete a book instance with over 10 ratings. I don't know who the super users are other than Otis and Elizabeth.
Also, while I can't be sure (given that most of the book information is in a language I can't read, let alone understand), it appears to me that they are different editions of the same book. Why does one need to be deleted at all? You've already combined editions, so the reviews and ratings for both show when looking at either.
Hi all,Instructions for merging two books are here:

But Rivka is right, if you want two popular books merged, you need to ask us. We can rethink this policy if people are feeling the need to do it often.
cheers,
Otis

1. Is there any guidline for a librarian? because I find out about some abilities (such as merging same books) just trough this group, past topics. So I think it must be other way to get to know about how these works and I couldn't find any.
2. How could I search among groups topics?
3. Is there any option that I could refer to my topics in a group? so I could find my answer soon and I could follow how the discussion goes on.
4. and if there isn't any guidline, would you please tell me how I could merge two books?
