Lauren Smith OK, so most of us would never be able to read 145 books in a year, but that's how many tasks there are for the challenges starting tomorrow, and Patchwork is still running. The solution of course is to read books that work for multiple challenges.

But it isn't always easy to find such gems, so if know of books that work for 3 or more challenges please post them here and list the tasks they qualify for. Thanks!

Lauren Smith My personal favourite at the moment is Ilium by Dan Simmons, which can be read for every single one of the 5 themed challenges, as well as Harry Potter, Patchwork, The Epic Challenge, and November's word of the month.

SF: SF and mythology, space opera, published this decade, set on Earth and another planet, and possibly time travel
M/F: Greek mythology, ancient myth, mythical places, and, if the future counts as a 'modern' context, then gods in a modern context too.
Cover: depends on your choice of cover
UTR: on Lu's to-read list
BH: if you don't already have this, you can download the ebook from 4shared.com, but it will have to be TODAY.
HP: hero, sci fi, possible others.
Epic: Ilium is 752 pages.
Patchwork: 1-word title, award-winning, 2 elements on cover, possible others.
