"Well thanks." Kelsey said, bashfully.

"Yeah. I love running. I also love trying to train Rainbow." Lea giggled.The dove cued.
"Cool. I like to garden. Which is like a Demeter stereotype." Kelsey said, sitting in the grass as it swayed with the light wind.
Lea nodded. She knelt in the grass and plucked a few peices, tossing them up and watching them fly in circles before landing.
"Lea, leave nature as it is." Kelsey said. She didn't know what made her so interested in nature besides the enire 'I'm a Demi-god' thing.
"I am. But plucking weeds at least helps." Lea hesitated. "Even though weeds grow back as soon as they are pulled..."
"Yeah." kelsey said, turning her head away.
"Nothing, its just camp is different." Kelsey thought back to her family.
"My normal life. I have been here for two weeks now, and everything is different."
Lea put a hand on her shoulder. "It'll all straighten out. Trust me. I leave for holidays."
"Oh." Kelsey looked at the sun. How dare you mock me, sun. You don't have to leave everything to come to some camp.
"I'm just missing home." Kelsey said, lying. Yes, she did miss home, but she missed something else more.
Lea narrowed her eyes. "What is it? I can tell it's not just family."
"Its just.." Kelsey trailed off.
"What? You know..." Lea thought for a second at the possibliity of this.
"Nothing." kelsey said. "Its nothing."
"Fine. I miss my boyfriend a lot." Kelsey said, finally.
"That's okay. I had a boyfriend back in my hometown in Seattle. I lived on a farm just outside the big city. We got so much rain. Though, I do miss it," Lea sighed.
"That sounds cool, living on a farm and all. I lived in downtown L.A., with my dad, step-mom, and three-year-old sister. I miss them a lot. And I miss my dog too. This entire experience is maybe what is best for me." Kelsey let the lush grass run through her fingers.
"You know, your dog could have come here. Rainbow did. But then again, she helps me with delieveries," Lea explained. "You'd have to have a reason."
"Well, most people would argue it is just a dog, so..."
"Rainbow, I can send her out with a coin to where ever one is needed so that I don't have go. She is a major help," Lea explaiend. Rainbow cued and lifted into the air with power strokes until the dove was flying in circles over Lea, a short rainbow trailing behind her.
"Well Brownie definatly(sp?) couldn't do that." Kelsey sighed.
((*definetly))"Well...Your not an Iris child. So..." Lea pondered this.
"True, very true. But I could train my dog to plant seeds or anything." kelsey explained.
"Maybe. I could help. My friend is very good with dogs. She owns one." Lea offered.
"What could she do with a dog that is 6 inches tall?" Kelsey questioned Lea.
"Is it a chihuahua?!" Lea asked in disbelief.
"No, it is a Pomeranian(Sp?)." Kelsey replied.
"Really? My friend has a three-legged pitbull. She's the sweetest thing."
"Three legs? Are you serious?" Kelsey said, moving her head backward.
"Posiedon made her that way for a reason," Lea explained.
"Um, I am not sure what that means, but I'll just go with it." Kelsey replied.
"Thats not weird at all." Kelsey said.
"It's hard to explain. I last saw her at the lake. How about we go there and you can see?" Lea suggested.
"That would be splendid," Kelsey said.
Lea smiled. "Let's go."((TO TEH LAKE!))
