And, needing no more than that little push, Callisto did.A heart-wrenching, blood-curdling scream escaped her lips as the whip came down.
Gabrielle hiked up the last of the small hill overlooking the valley, reaching the Fields and breathing in the heady scent of satyr-happy flowers.
Iviana (The Sign Painter!) wrote: "Drake smirked. Six cracks. The curve of a a flame."((FIRE.))
Callisto cringed, shutting her eyes tightly and hoping, just hoping, that this was only a dream.
((Yeah. BECAUSE SIMYDA COULD TOTES WALTZ IN, AW YEA.
Actually she's supposed to take Vzia's whip from him, but Is isn't around >.<))

((heh. It's 'cos he lost his dagger, and I don't want to get to fire... that'd be hard for me.))
((Because Drake isn't barbaric -.-
Ermf... does he have to have a weapon at all times? Couldn't he just use his marvelous insults?))

((fine, it's more barbaric with a club. I don't know.
That requires thought I don't have. Erfm......))
Cassidy sat in the fields, her hands in her pockets as she stared out at nothing. Her earbuds were in. I'm so stupid, but whatever. Piano sounded, though it was far from the normal classical.
Jen walked through the tall grass of the fields. For once, she held no visible blade on her, but that didn't mean that she had no weapon. Metus, her beloved snake that Avery had awarded her with just before the summer ended was draped around her shoulders. She had tried her best to change since she'd officially taken Avery's place in their cabin. She was trying to be better, less of a ruthless monster.
Cassidy gave the boy one warning look before averting her attention to two rather familiar faces, one of which was quite literally reptilian. However, the two faces together... now that was something new.
"Hello, Jen."
"Hello, Jen."
Jen gave the boy a sympathetic smile before turning to the Athena child. "Cassidy," she replied with a small nod of her head.
"I see you have Mestus," Cassidy commented quietly, removing one earbud as to not disturb the lovely poem playing.
Jen nodded with a sad smile. "Avery said she couldn't care for him while in the hunt." She stroked Metus' head, bright blue eyes distant as she thought if her perhaps last conversation with her sister ever.
"I see," Cassidy said, understanding. "She's okay, then. No more stress?" A trace of bitterness toyed in her tone, as well as a hint of anger.
Jen caught the tone of her voice, and her eyes flashed murderously. "She's fine. Thank you for your concern." She narrowed her eyes, watching Cassidy carefully.
Iviana (The Sign Painter!) wrote: "((>^<))Drake smirked. Another three. The finish of the first wisp."
((DEAR JESUS FLY. SPAM MUCH?!))
Another blood-curdling scream escaped Callisto's lips.
((...:3))
Six three silence.
A bloody image of a fire etched into her back. Drake had a smirk across his fce.

Iviana (The Sign Painter!) wrote: "Cassidy raised am eyebrow. "You're very welcome.""Jen calmed her face, forcing it into a smooth mask. A face she'd used too often thanks to her siblings. Oblivious to Drake and his paradoxing, sge gave Cassidy an incredulous(sp?) look. "What have you been up to?" She asked in a bad attempt to sound casual.
"Well... I attempted to carve the word douchebag into Drake's arm, but Evander stopped me. Now, I'm waiting for the Hunters to leave/come back." She ended with a shrug of her own. ((I don't kbow if they left or not.))

Cassidy shifted, more aware of the words on her arm than before at the mention of Drake. "Lovely."
