Dark sat in the woods, he tail slapped the ground.

Mystery walked in, her eyes sparkling with delight, her fur gleaming, she sits. Not noticing the other wolf.

Dark stared at Mystery, this wolf just walces in like it's her territory? No! She'll have to be taught a leson.

[Mande--]

She notices him, her eyes wide open with fear. She didn't mean any harm, just relaxing in the sun.

Dark stood up, he was young, but strong still. Shes a girl so I'll take t easy on her. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm so sorry, I mean no harm...I didn't know this was a clans territory. Clan wolves don't like loners."
She looked at him w/pleading eyes, Spare my life, she thought.

Dark chuckled menecingly. "Clan wolf? You called me a clan wolf?" He chuckled again. "I'm not even close to a clan wolf. I'm a plain rouge."

[Mande--]

She whimpered in fear at his chuckle.
"I've been mistaken. Forgive me, I'm a rouge too."

Dark smiled, "you a rouge? You look like nothing but a worthless mouse. I am getting hungry though. Maybe some she-wolf would fill me.

She glared.
"Don't you have a heart?!"
Distant howls caught her attention, she sucked in breath and howled. When she stopped she glared again.

Dark smiled, "my heart is long gone." He paused, "if you must know." He lowered his hackles, "I meant no rwal harm." He blinked, "I don't know what I was thinking." He blinked, his usually red eyes were blue. "You have to come with me, I'll explain everything!"

Taken by suprise, she blinked, her fear changing to curiosity.
"Why should I?"
She asked.

Confused, but longing for companionship , she followed.

Dark stopped near a cave, "ok, this might sound crazy. I am a real wolf that my demon brother was tookin over. He was killed by having his heart ripped out, and he went into my body. Now at times I'm him, then I'm me, you can tell because my eyes turn from blue to red." He breathed out.

She scrunched up her nose.
"I see... but why are you telling me this?"

Dark blinked, "because your the first wolf I met my broher didn't kill right away."

"So, now what? Wait until he does kill me? No thanks."
Starts to turn, but stops.
"Why'd you bring me to a cave?"

Dark shrugged, "it's the only place the trees can;t hear us." He stood up, "please don't go. I don't have anybody else..."

"Ugh, fine, I'll stay."
Sits.
"I'm Mystery by the way."

Dark smiled, "thats a nice name. Better then mine."

"What is it?"
She asks.

Distant howls broke out again, she looked past him, they were calls for her, she ignored them.

"Yup," he listened. "That's for you I beleive."

"It's nothing, just my friend, can I meet you back here in 5 minutes. I'll tell him everything is alright. Or perhaps you could follow and hide so nothing kills me on the way back?"
She asked, raising an eyebrow.

Dark chuckled, "I'll wait here, I don't know when I could change."

Runs away and within 10 minutes, shes back. She trots in, humming.

Stops promptly in front of him and stretches. She notices it's getting dark.

She walks in the cave and snoops around.

Dark blinked, "she-wolves." He rolled his eyes, then followed her in.

She sniffs the ground, getting fresh fox trail, she looks up and sees a baby fox, she pokes it with her nose.

Dark walks over, "what the?" He sniffed it. "Where the hell did that come from?"

Lightly pushes him back, she curls up beside it and puts her tail around it, warming it.

Dark blinked, "nasty little vermin." He prodes it with his paw. "Cute though."

She puts her head down, ears down and closes her eyes.

Dark blinked, his pupils turned small. "M-m-m-ystery!" He growled.

Her ears fly up, her eyes open and she jumps up.
"What?!"

Dark blinked, "it's Dark!" His voice was sounding more devilish when saying.
