Because I took it as a holiday from work because I figured going out three nights in a row would leave me a wreck, and I'd need the extra day. :-)

Well it just dawned on me that I have a 4 day weekend too. I've got a baby shower tomorrow morning but otherwise I don't have anything else planned.

It too cold to go anywhere so I hope to stay at home and read.

Tomorrow is World Knitting Day and apparently Spotlight stores are hosting knitting/crochet sessions so I think I'll head along to that, take my crochet work along and see what it's all about. And try not to buy more yarn, even though it will be on special! I'll have to put my reading on hold, obviously - unless I take my audiobook along on my phone, but that seems to defeat the purpose of getting to meet other crocheters/knitters, not to mention being very antisocial!!! But I'll still get some reading in over the weekend!!

This weekend coming my darling man is taking me and the girls to the city staying in a premium spa suite, going to the markets for dinner and the zoo the next day :) He's sucking up because he went shooting this weekend n the girls are not happy n miss him lol :)

I typically work weekends. my days off are tuesday and wednesday. but I'm home with food poisioning. ill never again eat pork, or shop at grocery outlet (I live in the states)

Sounds totally wonderful Bette! So great to see all the family together having fun. And of course the eating and drinking is mandatory!! lol We always have two Christmas's too, but our second one is Boxing Day this year:)
