One important thing to remember... using your power is very tiring. Your cat can pass out if they over extend themselves, such as calling up clouds are a clear day would be hard and take a lot of work. Also cat's have been know to die if they do too much to fast.
Fire Cats
Fire Creators - These cats can create are small flame on their right front paw.
Fire Manipulators - These cats can change the size of a flame making it bigger or smaller.
These cats have one black paw pad.
Water Cats
Water Manipulators - These cats can move water, such as making a clear path in a river.
Water Callers - These cats can call water up from underground or pull a small amount of water from the air.
Cloud Movers - These cats can move the clouds, making a day sunny or cloudy.
Rain Callers - These cats can call rain from clouds, but there must be cloud in the sky, they can't make it rain on a clear day.
Mist - These cats can create a small area of think mist.
Water cats a have silvery swirl on one of their paws.
Movement Cats
Speed - These cats can move at fast speeds for a short period of time.
Agility - These cats are highly agile and often superb in battle.
No markings, but these cats have been know to die while using their powers.
Air Cats
Flight - These cats can hover about two tail lengths off of the ground.
Winged - This is the most painful power to receive and only a few cats survive their gifting night. Those with wings can soar high above the others.
Air Manipulators - These cats can create, slow or stop winds.
Thunder Callers - These cats can mimic the sound of thunder by clapping their front paws together.
These cats are marked by a white paw pad.
Light
Glow - These cats can glow at will, putting out a soft white light.
Darken - These cats can absorb light making their surroundings darker.
Lightening Controllers - the cats can change the path of lightening.
Animal/Shifter
Fox - this is a cat who can turn into a fox
Hawk - this is a cat who can turn into a hawk
Mouse - this is a cat who can turn into a mouse
If you stay in your alternate form for longer than half of a day, you are stuck as that animal for the rest of your life.
Prey Speakers - these are cats who can speak the language of prey. These cats can find it hard to kill animals for food.
Predator Speakers - these are cats who can speak the language of predators.
These cats have no marking.
Plant
Plant Growers - These cats can help plants to grow. They can not grow a plant from a seed to something fully grown without many moons of work.
Plant Killers - These cats can kill smaller plants. Nothing bigger than the size of the cat.
Plant Manipulators - These cats can move plants (ex. make a wall out of vines)
These cats often have green eyes.
The Leader's Power
All leaders, in addition to the power that they got when they became a warrior, have a second power. It is the power to tell emotions. They do not pick up on every emotion that their clanmates have, that would be overwhelming. They way they know what cats are feeling is by the color that is given off. Most cats a mixture of pale colors, it is best not to worry about cats in this state. Leaders should begin to worry when one color states to stand out.
Red - Anger ~~~ Light Blue - Peace ~~~ Yellow - Happiness ~~~ Dark Blue - Sorrow ~~~ Orange - Fear ~~~ Green - Pain ~~~ Black - Hate ~~~ Pink - Love
THIS IS NOT A CHANCE TO POWER PLAY. The cat's role player must mention something about their mood before the leader can jump in with anything related to emotions. Remember most evil cats are good at controlling their emotions. LEADERS YOU CAN BE FOOLED.
The Medicine Cat's Power
Our kind and gentle medicine cats are known for their caring nature. When you became a medicine cat, you receive one extra power, one you will only use in the most dire of needs and one you never speak of. Medicine cats can help a cat hold on to life, but just for a time. They can't bring back the dead, just prevent death from coming for a bit longer, until herbs come or the cat has a chance for last good byes. Know this... Each cat you help in this way takes one moon of life off of the medicine cat's life. In the end you have to face a major question... their life or yours?
