Okay, well, he has scars and stuff, or he gets them later on in the story, so he does have some physical flaws =] I'll think of something, though.

Not all of these will work for him; I'm just brainstorming.
List of physical flaws:
Acne
Misshapen nose
Bushy eyebrows
Crooked teeth
Ruddy complexion
Any feature that isn't proportionate to the rest of his body works, really
Personality flaws/quirks:
Gullible
Snarky
Smart to the point of being too nerdy for others to understand
Kind of clueless
Bad memory
Bad at keeping secrets
No sense of personal space
Harbors a lot of self-pity
Selfish
I think characters automatically flesh out a lot if you know a lot about their childhood. Sooo:
Did he have any pets?
How was/is his relationship with his parents or siblings, if any?
Favorite color?
What kind of music does he prefer?
What's his most embarrassing moment?
Who was his first childhood enemy?
Who was his best friend?

Okay, so first of all STROKE OF GENIUS!! *MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!*Well... *SPOILER ALERT*
Lucas's birth dad is the villan, so he would obviously want a perfect child, so he genetically engineered him to be perfect in appearence. ((Yes, this plan is full of holes... bear with me here.))

Other: He has superpowers (can control plants), sings, plays guitar, played American football as quaterback for 10 years, is a complete dork on the inside

Not exactly. Anna's been talking to Maxy, and they pretty much figured out my past, so I do have personality problems. Making me not completely perfect.
