Oh, I got it! Whenever I think of Snake I think of Snape because the name is so similar and he's also in Slytherin
...when you truly believe you were once a student at Hogwarts but you probably screwed up and did something bad, causing you to get expelled and get your memory erased.... when you can practically quote all of the lines from the movie.

Omg I have a huge hp poster I did a 1000 pice puzzle which is hanging in my room of the Maraders Map, the one time a girl i know was given a hp pin and asked do u like hp? You know your a Harry potter fan when....-Have read the Harry potter series literally over forty times...and aren't yet 14.
-your only friends with people, who, when hearing anything negative about Harry potter, fall silent and stare accusingly at the person who has uttered such atrocities.
-as a child, you had read the Harry potter series so many times that when hearing the chapters of books 5.6, &7 on tape, on shuffle, could still follow the plot perfectly well.
-anyone who knows you well refuses to watch any of the hp movies with you because you exessivly correct everything that didn't happen in the books.
-you can no longer read the older books because you can predict every word before you read it.
-people refer to the books as 'the love of your life'

-you seriously went through withdrawal at the end of book seven, so read book one agin. And then you read book 2 again. And so on, until you reached book seven, and now can't stop the cycle.

I tried doing the house thing but my new school has 7 houses. =o( My old one had four though - my house (Unicorn) was Ravenclaw!

When you start bugging all your friends to take the House quiz and annoy them with random HP facts. Like 'He has the same eyes as Harry!' or 'Your hair looks like Hermione's' or even comparing other book characters to Harry Potter characters(True for me. I compared Annabeth Hermione). Or when people bug you, you say 'Silencio'(I just say Avada Kedavra). And when you daydream about whichever character you have a crush on(Embarrasing but true).
When you are sad you watch a bunch of clips on YouTube from the last movie and cry your head off.
You Know your A TRUE HP Fan when,in addition to all the standard "read all the books and seen the movies more times than countable" or "have dreams vivid dreams about it" you: 0. You let people know that Harry Potter is real, even if they: arent arguing against you, the conversation is not remotely about HP, are complete strangers.
1. on the last day of 7th grade you, walked around in a cape, told people severus snape sewed them for you, pretended to cast spells on your friends with hermiones wand, and were up to all sorts of other antics HP themed all day. oh and have a yelling match with a sixth grader over slytherin vs. hufflepuff and drag the Vice Principal into it as the deciding judge only to find that he has no idea what your talking about, then you and the 6th grader in detail explain to him the characterisics of each house instead of just asking someone else...
2. an I Am... poem you wrote reads: I cry when I hear the Song Bravest man I ever Knew and I understand voldemort is awesome (and no one rips it up as its displayed in the 8th grade wing.)
3. Since you red the books you have never been anything other than a HP Character for Halloween (including the schools halloween dance)
4. on your wall you paint: the slytherin crest, the black family crest, a dark mark, a time turner, a snitch, and the Malfoy family crest.
5. Your life is devoted to reading fanfiction,because the stories will never be finished in your eyes.
6. You wish you could go to the wizarding world,steal a time turner and go back in time just to slap lily evans for ignoring, letting those maurders attack, and then not forgiving severus.
7. You have a collection of almost all the harry potter world wands, and any you DONT have you MAKE copies of.
8.you make paper wands for all your friends.
9. You wish you could live In the Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Island of Adventures
10. When you do go to IoA You run around the Wizarding world singing wizard wrock, and talking to anyone dressed up, arguing house loyalties, and then go around to the staff and tell them your magical lineage and how they ought to be bowing to your pureblood supreme ness.
11. You have multiple playlists devoted to nothing but harry potter parodies and wizard wrock.
12. You have a complete back story so that you can argue that you are in fact NOT A MUGGLE OR SQUIB. (mine is quite elaborite.)
13. You have taken a quiz for almost everything online. (patronus, most like character, magical creature, animagus form, house, which spell is most like you, what group you would be in during the war... so on)
14. you dressed up in complete wizard appearal cape and all for the movie premiers, and the barnes and nobel book releses
15. You are willing to spend half an hour answering this question...

when you try to save money to buy a time turner necklace, deathly hallows necklace, and the wand set. when you secretly wish your husband had proposed with a golden snitch that held the ring horcrux inside. :( Also when you are ying to know what a butter beer really tastes like!

-every time someone says "Sirius" you say "black!" (for me, this is usually followed by a weird look...)-you call annoying people muggles.. (not that muffles are that bad, but...)
