The Fall Challenge is approaching the midpoint- October 15.
The player with the highest score on the midpoint Readerboard will get to create the 50 point task. Players who created tasks in the Fall Challenge are not eligible: one task per person per challenge
We will also begin the Winter 2011-2012 Group Reads process. The three eligible players with the highest scores on the Midpoint Readerboard will choose the Group Reads categories.
The top 30 eligible players on the Midpoint Readerboard will nominate books that fit the three categories. Players tied with the person in 30th place will be included.
A pool of 5 eligible alternate nominators will be selected from the next highest scoring players on the Readerboard. Their nominations will only be included if a top 30 player elects to pass or misses a response deadline.
To be eligible, a player must not have nominated a book in the current challenge's Group Reads process. A player may not nominate books in two successive challenges.
To be eligible to create a task or participate in the nomination process, a player’s profile must be set up to accept messages. Please check your settings.
And one more reminder- The bonus theme poll will close on at the end of the GR day on October 15.

The top 30 players on the midpoint Readerboard will nominate a book that fits one of the three categories. Players tied with the person in 30th place will be included. A poll will be created for each category. Players will not be allowed to choose categories or books two challenges in a row. Players who nominated the winning books will not be eligible to participate in selecting categories or books again.
