Cut & Run needs series # added

Cut & Run does not show that it is book #1 in the series. Sticks & Stones does show it is #2. Book #3, Fish & Chips will be released in December. (Yay!)

OK, fixed that and created the series also.

If you know the details for Fish & Chips you can add that book to the db & I'll add it to the series. If not just let a librarian know in December and they'll add it to the series then.
