We have started a book exchange group on LINE. Mostly with people from the Taiwan Readers group so far.
We try to meet every month for coffee to trade bike, and talk about bookish things.

But now I bought a Kindle and I love it. Ive read over 10 books in the first month- books that wouldve taken a month to arrive from the States
