Anne | 51 comments Yes, bigger questions are going unanswered. It is that crazy mix of branding, marketing and sales.
It feels like what was said of Starbucks when they were going through a rapid expansion, "a new Starbucks opened in the bathroom of a Starbucks." We continually need to optimize our website optimization program.
