Well, they didn't really in Twilight, they changed parts to fit them to the movie. So, it will definitely flow along the lines of the book, but maybe it will leave out some minor parts, because it is the largest in the series, and would probably get boring after those many hours of explaining to the audience. Because even though everyone there will probably have read the book, it is important to act like they haven't, because sometimes, they actually haven't! Which means then, they will be completely lost!
