Sight
“No *sight*, no sound, no feeling except the unrelenting burning of flesh. Perhaps there are periods of unconsciousness, but what can it matter if I can’t find refuge in them?”—Katniss Everdeen (p. 348)

Touch
“After a while, my fingers find his face. I *touch* parts of him I have never had cause to touch before. His heavy, dark eyebrows, the curve of his cheek, the line of his nose, the hollow at the base of his neck. I trace the outline of stubble on his jaw and finally work my way to his lips. Soft and full, slightly chapped. His breath warms my chilled skin.”—Katniss Everdeen (p.116)

I would think h, since "touch" ends with h.
Unless I misinterpreted the rules, which is entirely possible.
Desperate
“*Desperate*, yet no longer alone after that day, because we’d found each other.”—Katniss Everdeen (p. 117)

losers - the people that weren't victors.
Special
"His face takes on a *special* look when he concentrates. His usual easy expression is replaced by something more intense and removed that suggests an entire world locked away inside him.” —Katniss Everdeen (p. 161)

Lashes -- Peeta's. They're, like, albino. :) And also are referred to in the same general coupla pages as the quote in the post above.
Edit: I think it's something like, "I become fixated on his lashes, which you normally wouldn't notice because they're so blond." And something about her wondering how they don't get all tangled up when he blinks.

Power
“I watch his hands, his beautiful, capable fingers. Scarred, as mine were before the Capital erased all marks from my skin, but strong and deft. Hands that have the *power* to mine coal but the precision to set a delicate snare. Hands I trust.”—Katniss Everdeen (p. 95)

Hands
“I like to watch his *hands* as he works, making a blank page bloom with strokes of ink, adding touches of color to our previously black and yellowish book."--Katniss Everdeen (p. 161)

catching fire of course.

Suction cups -- the only thing Cinna forgot on his Mockingjay body armor suit thing for Katniss. That would have been a feat of pure epic. What I would give for a scene with Katniss sutcion-cupped to a building in the Capitol. XD

Xenophobes--That's what the people in the Capitol are :P.
xen·o·phobe (z n -f b , z n -). n. A person unduly fearful or contemptuous of that which is foreign, especially of strangers or foreign peoples.

Sentimental -- Gale comment the baker was feeling sentimental the morning of the 75th Hunger Games.

Strategy--Because that's an important part of The Games.
Always--What Peeta says to Katniss when she asks him to stay with her.
Never

“You would think that after all the hours I’d spent with Gale—watching him talk and laugh and frown—that I would know all there was to know about his lips. But I hadn’t imagined how warm they would feel pressed against my own. Or how those hands, which could set the most intricate of snares, could as easily *entrap* me.”—Katniss Everdeen (p. 27)
