The ebook's ISBN is not retrieving from Sony's ebook store or from Diesel's ebook store.

It was a partial ISBN13 in the ISBN10 field, but there was nothing to distinguish it from the other ebook edition and the edition on the publisher's page listed the ISBN of the other ebook, so I deleted it.

Shermaine, since the books were available at one point, we keep them in the GR catalog permanently. It's just the links to your website which have been removed since the book is "out of print" there.

Should be deleted?
They can't be deleted because they were imported from feeder sites with ISBNs, but they can be NABbed, which I've done.
I completely messed up and manually added more than one of my new ebook - then afterwards realized barnes and noble seemed to have recently added a listing as well. Sorry for the screw-up! But now there are 3 different listings for the same ebook. It will be for sale on both Amazon and Barnes and Noble, but hasn't gone live on Amazon just yet. Can you help me sort this out! I've combined the ebook and Kindle editions and cleaned up the extra, no problem!

The two publishers are really the same. (I forget if Voice is a Hyperion imprint or if they were two publishers which merged.)

Well, one of them has a rating and two have been shelved. We leave out of print books in the database. I don't know if the rules are different for e-books. But, perhaps the solution is to make a note in the description field that the books were available only through 12/27/10. I'm not going to delete any books that have ratings!
These won't merely be out of print but unavailable period. Fictionwise and ARE have already removed them from their database and I'm in the process of removing them from my other sites as well. To have them be here and nowhere else would be odd to say the least.Kimberly

If, however, people currently own the books and can read them, then they should not be removed from Goodreads even if they are only available for a limited time. Copies will still be in existence, which means users will come along and wish to shelve them as "owned" or "read" etc. even if they can no longer purchase.
Okay, I can see keeping them in the database if people have them already, but they do need to have their pages removed. I have regained all the rights to these books, but the covers still have the pub house name on them and I don't want to get into any kind of legal action if keeping them up infinges on the closed house's cover copyrights even though that house is now closing it's doors and the owner is creating an all new house. The story's are mine but the covers are not.Kimberly
Just because the publisher is gone and the books no longer available at "retail", they will still be available in the used market. Many of my books are from publishers long out of print. I certainly would not want them to be deleted.
Only one can be purchased in print through Lulu, and only for the next 90 days. The other two are e-books, so after Dec. 27th, these books won't be around anywhere, used market or not. And even if the books themselves can't be deleted, the covers need to be. Those are not mine to use anymore.Kimberly
Kimberly, you are missing the point. People already own these books, whether print or ebook is immaterial. The covers belong to the books and should stay in the database. The covers belong to those editions of the books and you are not using them, at all.There are no legal ramifications to you at all. Otherwise every out of print book in the database would need to be removed and that isn't going to happen.
No, I get that these people already own the books, print or otherwise and that those copies can't have anything done to them. That's not what I'm asking. What I am asking is that the books pages be taken down as well as on my personal page. Keeping them up promotes them. They can't be promoted anymore because the pub is no longer in business and the covers on these pages are not mine to promote either. Keep them in the database, but the promotion pages can't remain up.Kimberly
