Tressa (moanalisa) | 19903 comments I tried reading Vacation but lost interest in it not long after the main character discovered a troublemaking ex-student on the flight with him (sadly to say, this is a the beginning of the book). That whole scenario just threw me off for some reason and the book was too disjointed for me to enjoy.

However, he's got a lot of fans and there have been many positive reviews for his books, so you might enjoy it.

K. Wood (kallenwood) I have Sheep and Wolves, Fungus of the Heart, and just ordered Attic Clowns yesterday.

I love his short fiction, but definitely know I wouldn't be able to read a full novel written in his very odd style.
