That naughty-list worthy smile returning, Cori waved and lumbered back to her cabin.

Myra sighed and stood back, bouncing on the balls of her toes. "Rose," she said firmly, but gently as well. "Rose, if you don't shut up and listen to me right now I'll slap you."
Making sure Rose understood her, Myra went on.
"Rose, it's not your fault at all that you made him feel guilty. Who cares if the guy feels a little guilty? He's probably flattered that you like him-- yes, it's unfortunate that Holly fell for Ajax the same time you did, but listen! He broke your heart, and he's definitely not crying about it to his friends. All you did was make one asshole feel guilty, that's not your fault. Please understand that, Rose, don't be stupid."

"He was flattered," she mumbled, breathing in deeply. "He didn't really break my heart, seeing how I already knew what he was going to say. Am I being stupid?" She asked, tipping her head. Her multi-colored eyes were still overflowing with tears, though she
was listening to Myra, just like she always did. True, she may be over-reacting a little, which should end since it wasn't helping anyone.

Closing her eyes, Myra felt some of her energy drain away and into Rose. Generally it made the receiver feel better, getting more energy, though it was hell on Myra. "Yes, Rose," she said firmly. "You're being stupid. There are hundreds of guys out there who are better than Ajax, no doubt about it, and who'd be tripping over themselves to get to you. You're gorgeous, sweet and kind, who wouldn't want you? Forget about him, Rose. You might want to visit the Aphrodite cabin for a pick-me-up potion or something if you feel that you can't."

Rose smiled, and immediatly felt stronger. Sighing, she sniffed her nose for the last time, before showing off her best winning smile after she'd been crying for hours. Which, by the way was pretty damn good. "You're right, Myra. Thank you," she said, still pretty shaky. Wrapping her arms around her friend, she pulled her into a hug. Something she'd needed since Ajax had gotten a hug from her. She WAS going to stop at the Aphrodite cabin. For advice, of course, not some silly potion.

Secretly, Myra was reeling at the news. Since when were Holly and Ajax an item?!

Rose laughed at the nickname. Laughing seemed to relieve some of the stress and grief that she was feeling at the moment. "Cute. I will," she snickered, letting go of her friend. "Did Lucas like his spear?" She asked, quickly changing the subject.

Cassidy strolled, hands in her pockets once more. She had washed out most of the blue and blood from her shirt and person. Earbuds playing, she took a glance around, spottin Avery with a raised eyebrow.

Avery glanced out of the corner of her eyes at Cassidy but didn't say anything, though her naughty-list worthy smile grew larger.
