three names - one a GR author

These three authors are one and the same from what I can see:

Different covers show different names and being that the one name is for a GR author account I'm not sure what to do here.
I'd also like someone to take a look just to double check me. Thanks.

It looks like 2&3 are the same; I merged them. It does NOT look like the GR author is the same. Rather, looks like one of his books got mislabeled.

I take that back. Looking at "Still Crazy", looks like they might be the same person. Not 100% certain, though.
